Noah has been involved in the teleproduction industry as a director of photography, engineer (remote, studio, electronic maintenance), news and production videographer, editor, director, producer and technical and production consultant since 1980.
He was the DP for Michelle Obama's keynote DNC address,Dr. Robert Ballard’s documentary videographer/photographer/ video engineer aboard the
R/V Nautilus searching for ancient shipwrecks in the Mediterranean and Black Sea and was the on-board producer/cinematographer for the Scripps Institute
of Oceanography and N.O.A.A. as they explored hydrothermal vents off the coast of Chile. He has filmed travel promotional projects in New England, Europe ,and Southern Africa . He frequently works on multi-camera remote sports and entertainment events including all major professional and collegiate sports.
